Nadia is a Yoga Therapist trained through The Minded Institute, with an integrative approach to wellbeing rooted in yoga, movement, sound, nutrition and lifestyle-informed care. A 500-hour Yoga Teacher, UK Level 3 Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral trainee and Level 1 Sound Healing Practitioner, she brings together therapeutic depth and refined holistic support in service of eudaimonic wellbeing, resilience and lasting vitality.
