IAO Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

I achieved my IAO Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training on 15th November 2021 through Innovate Awarding in the UK. This comprehensive qualification provided me with the advanced knowledge and skills required to support individuals in achieving their fitness goals effectively and safely. I gained expertise in designing and delivering tailored fitness programs, understanding the principles of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, and learning how to adapt exercises to meet diverse needs. The course also emphasized client communication, motivation, and professional ethics, ensuring I am fully equipped to guide clients toward healthier lifestyles.
