Nadia graduated from the Health Science University in Imola, Italy—renowned as the leading institution in Natural Hygiene. This science and art emphasize achieving and maintaining optimal health on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Nadia integrates her expertise seamlessly into one-on-one consultations, personal training plans, and yoga classes.


Natural Hygiene, also known as Life Science, transcends labels. It is a way of life, a practice rooted in living harmoniously with nature’s laws. It honors the human being’s physical, mental, and spiritual essence, aiming to nurture these aspects in alignment with nature.


The term “Natural Hygiene” itself reflects this philosophy. Natural refers to what exists in or derives from nature, while Hygiene denotes practices that maintain health and prevent disease. Together, they embody the "art of natural health"—an approach grounded in respecting the body’s inherent intelligence.


Dr. Herbert M. Shelton, a pioneer of this movement, described Natural Hygiene as a comprehensive approach to living. It seeks to understand the influences of air, water, food, light, exercise, rest, and emotions on health and applies this knowledge for balanced living. It’s not a treatment plan but a way of life that aligns with nature’s laws to sustain or restore well-being.


T.C. Fry, another influential advocate, highlighted Natural Hygiene as a life system enabling vibrant health and recovery from illness in remediable cases. The principles emphasize honoring the body’s self-healing capacity by addressing root causes and removing harmful factors.


Core Principles of Natural Hygiene

  1. Vibrant health is the default state of existence and can endure for over 120 years when physiological needs are met.
  2. The body possesses the innate power to heal and maintain health through its living consciousness.
  3. Dis-ease arises from deviation from nature’s laws; its remedy lies in restoring harmony.
  4. In illness, the body may require complete physiological rest, such as fasting, to promote recovery.


Natural Hygiene takes a holistic approach to optimize all aspects of living. Although diet is not the sole determinant of health, it significantly impacts well-being. A diet of 100% raw, fresh fruits, greens, nuts, and seeds, properly combined and consumed mindfully, is considered ideal. All other liquids, except pure water, and substances like caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods, are deemed unnecessary or harmful.
